Here's a logo I designed some time ago for a friend. He's starting a clothing line with 1970s-style visuals, so I chose the color scheme based on that.

Responsible Tourism

This illustration will be featured in volume 3 of My Only Hawaii magazine. The article is about the necessity of environmentally-conscious tourism. The issue should hit the stands in May.

Wallpaper

Here is an original smartphone wallpaper design I created to promote My Only Hawaii magazine. Soon, we hope to have a few freebies in a new section of the website. Desktop versions will be available, as well. The website's blog also features quite a few articles I wrote along with my own illustrations and photographs. Let me know what you think!

Upcoming Illustration

The second issue of My Only Hawaii will feature an article by our vice president about the final days of the Kingdom of Hawaii. I am supplying the following illustration done in Photoshop.

Originally, the topic of the article was international harmony in Hawaii and how it contrasts current tensions among Japan and Korea, among others. This was my initial sketch based on that concept: young Japanese and Korean guys sharing a pineapple. I hope finish it for my own satisfaction, asI think the drawing turned out nicely.
